What you will do:

• Provide one-to-one support and develop personalised recovery plans for clients struggling with alcohol misuse.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and community organisations to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Keep detailed records of client progress and adapt recovery plans as necessary.
