Position 1- Full time (37 hours per week)/ Permanent

Position 2- Part time (29.6 hours per week)/ Permanent

About the Role
We are seeking highly organised and proactive Subject Administrators to join the administration team within the Nottingham School of Art & Design, based at our City Campus.

As a key member of the School's professional services team, you will play an important role in supporting the student journey and ensuring the smooth delivery of course administration. Working closely with academic colleagues, students and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a portfolio of courses.

You'll be involved in a variety of activities including student induction, maintaining student records, coordinating Boards of Examiners and contributing to quality assurance activities. You'll also act as a trusted point of contact for students and staff, helping to resolve queries and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organisational and communication skills, and can confidently manage competing priorities. Experience of working in a busy administrative setting is essential, and experience within higher education would be advantageous.
