As a Study Programme Lead, you'll take course ownership of our Health & Early Years programmes at our Abingdon campus. Working under the guidance of the Curriculum Manager, you will help to drive learner success, curriculum quality and continuous improvement, taking advantage of significant allocated remission time to lead and coordinate key aspects of the study programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support student attendance, achievement, progress and progression.
  • Conduct tutorials, academic reviews and performance management meetings.
  • Support the planning of inductions, learning programmes and work experience opportunities.

About You

You will be a qualified teacher (or willing to work towards a teaching qualification) with experience in the curriculum area and a genuine commitment to helping learners succeed. Strong organisational skills, excellent teaching practice and the ability to inspire and support students are essential.
