** BackgroundThe Shop Supervisor supports the day to day running of the Students' Union retail, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food safety and presentation standards, and supervising casual student staff. The role ensures smooth operation across both retail and light service food areas, contributing to commercial performance while protecting the student experience.
