Background: The Student Support Hub is part of the Student Experience Directorate and provides front-line support to students across a range of support-related services. The Student Support Hub Adviser plays a key role in delivering accessible, student-focused support through in-person, telephone, live chat, and CRM channels, helping students navigate university services and access appropriate support.

Responsibilities: Provide front-line advice and guidance to students through face-to-face and digital support channels. Support students with appointments, referrals, and access to specialist services, including those experiencing distress. Manage enquiries, queues, maintain service information, process routine administrative tasks and contribute to collaborative initiatives across the University.

Person Specification: Experience of working in a student-facing higher education or customer service environment, including supporting individuals in distress. Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM or live chat systems, demonstrate initiative and resilience, and possess a proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to delivering excellent student support.

Interviews are scheduled to take place: W/C 28th September / 5th October at Clerkenwell Campus
