Student Engagement and Support Officer

The Faculty of Science, Business and Enterprise is seeking to appoint a permanent, full-time Student Engagement & Support Officer to join our team.

The role would suit an energetic, proactive and highly organised individual, with a passion for making a positive impact.

You will play a key part in monitoring and tracking student engagement data, identifying and providing targeted support for our students. You will also provide administrative support to a range of student focussed activities, handle in-person and online student enquiries, and provide pastoral support to our diverse student body. This is a great opportunity to work in a rewarding and varied role where your work really makes a difference.

Confident in using IT systems such as Microsoft Office and reporting tools, you will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and good attention to detail. A strong team player, you will be willing and able to adapt to changing situations and deadlines, prioritise your workload as required, and work well with others.
