THE ROLE OF STUDENT AMBASSADOR IS OPEN ONLY TO CURRENT LOUGHBOROUGH UNIVERSITY STUDENTS BASED AT LOUGHBOROUGH CAMPUS.

Marketing and Advancement are recruiting for new Student Ambassadors to represent Loughborough University. These will work alongside the School and College Liaison team and the Events Team and colleagues across the wider university. Student Ambassadors play a key role in supporting a diverse range of events and initiatives throughout the student lifecycle.

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are passionate about higher education and committed to promoting the Loughborough experience. Successful candidates will be expected to maintain a positive, professional, and approachable manner while engaging with prospective students, visitors, and stakeholders across a variety of events and activities.

They will actively contribute to the successful delivery of sessions and initiatives, help foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, and serve as ambassadors for the University's values and community.

In addition to event-based activities, Student Ambassadors may also have opportunities to support the University's digital engagement and marketing campaigns, contributing to the promotion of Loughborough University across a range of online platforms and communication channels.

2 Stage Application Process:

Stage 1: Written application Stage - Closing date: 8 October 2026

Stage 2: Student Ambassador Assessment Centre Successful - 2 hour duration on Tuesday 3rd November 2026 or Wednesday 4th November 2026

(Successful candidates from Stage 1 will be invited to attend a Stage 2 assessment centre, involving a series of activities and exercises to evaluate key skills, experience, and suitability for the role.)

Please note that attendance at the Assessment Centre and post-selection compulsory training are mandatory.
