We are looking for a Strategy and Planning Manager to join our Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) team. This is a highly visible role, which serves as a business liaison, program leader, and consultant on numerous business topics across countries within EU ATS Linehaul as well as to key stakeholders outside of ATS. This person will:

1. Facilitate senior leadership decisions and processes by:
• Implementing systems ensuring strong follow-up management occurs on action items and questions with relevant senior leaders
• monitoring the progress of Amazon senior leadership team goal, peak prep and lessons learnt actions
• drawing Senior team focus and attention to key bottlenecks, identifying potential solutions and leading implementation
• Leading OP1/OP2/SPS related activities and driving consistency in our reporting and planning
2. Help the Linehaul Senior team to carry out efficient and effective management by:

• building and managing agendas for EU ATS LH team
• providing an independent perspective, and acting as a sounding-board for ideas
• creating content for periodical update emails and all-hands meetings as well as internal and external presentations
• managing follow-ups to S-team member requests, discovering root causes and leading fixes for the issues.

3. Lead EU Linehaul Prime/Peak readiness, act as a LH POC for strategic programs ran by our stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience within Supply Chain/Transportation/Finance
• Experience in leadership positions in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Transportation functions
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence operating independently and working with ambiguity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience working with senior management teams
• Exceptional document writing skills
• Management of competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholders
• Ability to manage, motivate, and influence partners
• Strong inter-personal and relationship-building skills.
• Master's level degree, MBA
• Fluent in English
