Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll take full P&L and operational ownership of the entire store, setting the strategic direction, driving commercial growth, and creating an inspiring environment where colleagues thrive.
What you'll be doing: - Driving Commercial Success: Owning full P&L performance, maximising sales, optimizing labour productivity, and driving profitability.
- Championing Market Street: Ensuring our fresh food heritage shines through high-energy retail theatre, expert craftsmanship, and exceptional availability.
- Leading & Developing People: Building a high-performing management team, nurturing talent, and cultivating a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Delivering Operational Excellence: Maintaining flawless store standards, strict food safety, compliance, and stock integrity across all shifts.
- Connecting with the Community: Acting as the face of Morrisons locally, engaging with customers, and adapting trade strategies to local market needs.

- Proven Retail Leader: Extensive experience managing large-scale, high-volume retail stores with full P&L accountability.

- Inspirational Coach: Skilled at empowering managers, driving accountability, and building strong team morale across day and night shifts.
