Job summary

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and organised Registered Nurse to join our Gastroenterology Service as an IBD Support Nurse.

Working as part of our established multidisciplinary IBD team, you will play a key role in supporting patients living with Crohn's disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the management the IBD telephone advice line, monitoring and responding to patient queries submitted through the Trust's digital IBD platform/app, and providing high-quality patient support, education and coordination of care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse with gastroenterology experience, or an interest in developing specialist knowledge in IBD, to gain valuable experience within a nationally recognised service.
