If any of these things sound appealing, you should consider joining the EU Workforce Staffing team as the Sr. Marketing Manager - UK and CEE.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our team and lead marketing for the UK and CEE (Poland, Czech and Slovakia) geographies. We desire candidates who think differently to deploy new and exciting strategies to hire over 50,000 Amazon Associates per year. This role will encompass both strategic and operational elements.

Strategically, we expect this role to develop and drive a holistic marketing strategy to support UK and CEE Ops businesses for Associate hiring. Our goal is enabling long-term growth to attract new hourly associates for various operational business lines at Amazon. We expect this role to drive strategies within traditional channels including online, print and broadcast, but more importantly, we seek candidates who want to explore new channels and methods. Thinking out of the box is an asset in this role.

Operationally, we expect this role to own marketing creation, deployment and execution. With this comes developing KPIs and analytics to understand campaign effectiveness. We want to learn and fail fast - taking what worked well for forward. This role will also be responsible for a team of marketing professionals deployed in each supported country.

Leading candidates will have in depth experience in marketing (recruiting marketing preferred) and excel in strategy design, data analytics, team leadership and an ability to influence.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, HR or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience managing a budget across multiple countries
• Experienced in digital marketing such as Social, Programmatic, Search or/and in traditional media channels with at least 5 years of people management
• Experiences in media buying (digital/offline media channels)
• A good understanding of recruiting as well as the ability to build a large database
• Passionate advocate for candidate experience; the candidate constantly thinks about how to improve the experience for candidates within a high-volume hiring environment
• Strong command and understanding of data, analytics, reporting
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities to external stakeholders (agencies) as well as with various internal stakeholders like Finance, PR, HR and Recruiting
• Managing various external suppliers (e.g. media agencies)
• Expert knowledge in the common Microsoft Office programs as well as knowledge of dealing with SharePoint and data storage tools
• Working in a multilingual team with English as the main language for daily communication
• Willingness to travel across Europe and cooperation with a global team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Recruiting or Human Resources
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (Acrobat Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Experienced in project management
• Ability to identify process weaknesses and suggest improvements, strong bias for action
• Discretion when dealing with confidential data
• Solution oriented, data driven and proactive
