Person specificationExperience Essential criteria - Completion of preceptorship programme
Knowledge Essential criteria - Experience in use of basic IT system for data recording
Other requirements Essential criteria - Completion of student educator course
Qualifcations Essential criteria - Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
- HCPC Registered
Experience Essential criteria - Wide variety of experience in core rotations as a Band 5 Physiotherapist or equivalent including respiratory care
- NHS Acute Hospital Experience
Knowledge Essential criteria - Clinical knowledge in clinical conditions associated with specialist area/sound level in theoretical knowledge of inpatient areas
Skills Essential criteria - Able to work as a team member and independently
- Ability to present information in logical concise manner
Aptitudes Essential criteria - Strong belief in CPD and Reflective Practice
Other requirements Essential criteria - Weekend working , either as part of front of house or on-call
Qualifications Desirable criteria Knowledge Essential criteria - Basic knowledge of the multi-disciplinary team
Skills Essential criteria - Good Clinical Reasoning skills
Aptitudes Essential criteria - Ability to manage own time and pressure
- Ability to demonstrate personal and clinical effectiveness to achieve optimum patient care
Other requirements Essential criteria - Independently mobile to access all work sites within job role i.e. Manual car driver
- Awareness and respect for colleagues, patients and relatives cultural, religious and emotional needs and beliefs
