Advert Wording The Specialist Cleaning service is a small team within the Cleaning & Caretaking service. Our priority is customer focus and care. We provide a high-quality cleaning service designed to meet the individual customers requirements and respond quickly to emergency cleans to minimise disruption for our customers business.
You will be required to work flexibly including early mornings and late afternoons to meet customer requirements.
The role is a physically demanding role, and this will involve:
- The cleaning of mechanical extraction systems and kitchen cleaning
- undertake lifting of machinery
- erecting scaffolding when cleaning at heights
- using machinery such as power washers, carpet cleaning machines, scrubbing machines.
- working under tables moving furniture to gain access to P.A.T (portable appliance test) of computers
- To P.A.T other electrical items such as kettles, hand mixing machinery, toasters.
