What you will do:

• Manage a diverse caseload of children in need, those requiring protection, and young people in or leaving care.
• Conduct thorough, child-focused assessments and develop effective intervention plans.
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure effective safeguarding and holistic support.
• Lead on safeguarding processes, decision-making, and required interventions, ensuring all actions are in the child's best interests.
• Advocate passionately for children and young people, ensuring their voices influence their care plans.
• Support placement stability and engage in permanency planning to achieve long-term positive outcomes.
• Maintain precise and timely case records to reflect your dynamic work in the community.
• Integrate trauma-informed and motivational practices in every aspect of your work.
