Social Worker - Children with Disabilities Team

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social worker to join a dynamic and
creative team focused on strength-based assessment, active care planning, and strong partnership working. This is a varied role involving a wide range of responsibilities and
opportunities whilst always ensuring children have their voices are heard and are involved in decisions that affect them. As a Social Worker in the Children with Disabilities Team team you will provide support to some of our most vulnerable children. You will be developing and delivering Care and Support Plans in collaboration with families and other partners, this will include safeguarding work and working with children who are Looked After by the Local Authority.
