About you

The successful candidate will hold a social work degree and be registered with Social Work England. They must also have completed their ASYE year.

They will need to be:
  • A strong team player, resilient and solution focused with a proactive approach to work as part of a busy Mental Health and Learning Disability Social Work Team.
  • Highly motivated and willing to undertake Care Act Assessments, support/care planning and commission services with person centred outcomes.
  • Able to provide social work supervision and have experience of social work management.
  • Able to travel throughout North Lincolnshire independently as the team covers all of the North Lincolnshire area.
  • Knowledgeable of adult social care legislation and frameworks.
  • Able to demonstrate an ability to problem solve and have good negotiation skills, along with effective communication, organisational and IT skills.
  • Flexible, resilient and dedicated to team work.
