What you will do:
- Lead and manage a team of social workers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective service delivery
- Oversee and coordinate child protection and children in need cases, making informed decisions to safeguard the welfare of children
- Collaborate with multi-agency partners to develop and implement child-centred plans
- Evaluate and monitor team performance, implementing improvements where necessary

Requirements:
- Hold a degree or equivalent in social work and be registered with Social Work England
- Bring recent managerial experience from roles such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager
- Possess significant frontline experience in Children's Services, having worked as a Team Manager
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols
