Job description Internal DCC Employees OnlyPermanentPart time, 30 hours per week We are excited to share that a post has become available within the Honiton, Ottery and Cranbrook team
This role is fast paced and required practitioners to proactively identify eligibility needs under the Care Act, while apply a strengths-based approach.
You will have the opportunity to learn new skills as there will be an expectation that practitioners can work autonomously within different settings to meet service demand.
We are looking for someone who is happy to advocate and challenge other practitioners when there is health and social care differing of options.
This post requires a person who can multi-task and prioritise effectively to meet tight time scales.
