The AMZL WW Benchmarking team leads defining, implementing, measuring and improving standard work processes that will drive customer experience and performance improvement within our delivery station network. We are accountable for influencing business-critical decisions that enable scale and deliver consistent, industry leading, performance within our AMZL Operations. We will raise the bar on customer experience while lowering costs and supporting our rapid growth.
AMZL is looking for a high-judgment individual to join the global Audit & Compliance Team as an Senior Program Manager - Audit. In this role you will lead and manage a growing and specialized team of Auditors reporting to you in addition to conducting audits across your region. In this role you will be responsible for organizing, planning, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments, in addition to coordination, quality and productivity of the audits he/she manages.
The underlying mission of this team is to have operators want to prioritize Standard Work compliance. Current compliance levels vary across the network, with an average of 82% in NA and 89% in EU and 'not applicable' responses at 7% and 13% respectively.
To be successful in this role you will need to be an influencer capable of working effectively with senior leadership across multiple organizations and geographies. You will also need to be a self-starter, communicator, and problem solver with strong analytical skills.
Regional travel requirement for this role will be approximately 75%.
• Bachelor's Degree in a Science-based subject (or higher e.g. MBA) and/or Amazon operations experience with demonstrated results • 3-5+ years management experience in either Consulting, Manufacturing, Production, Transportation or Supply Chain • Experience of complex operational, process, and performance improvement projects • Experience across the full project lifecycle - analysis and design as well as implementation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master's Degree • Demonstrated experience and proficiency of hypothesis-led problem solving • Highly analytical and comfortable with large analyses. Able to quickly distill down complex operating models and identify where the value and opportunity is • Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level. Credible and impactful both with Senior Operational and Business Leaders as well as on the shop floor
