We are looking for x Shift Managers on the AM shift on secondment for 1 weeks.

Here's the exciting bit...a day incldes

To coach and develop all Team Leaders, ensring reglar reviews are condcted and agreed training and development plans are pt in place and actioned.

To liaise with Team Leaders and the Warehose Operations Managers to identify individals to coach and develop to flfil ftre bsiness critical roles, ensring training and development plans are pt in place accordingly

To establish and maintain appropriate working practices within a DC shift enabling it to meet its overall objectives.

With the Warehose Manager, agree specific KPI's for all fnctions within their area of responsibility and have a mechanism in place to monitor and review performance against these.

Drive site development, continos improvement and efficiencies by;
Establishing and actioningappropriate training for all aspects of the shift
Ensring p to date records ofall Health & Safety training and reqirements associated with the DC
Ensring stock control is robstand its integrity is kept to reqired standards
Ptting actions in place togarantee QA standards are met for the cstomer

Constantly monitor all operations across the DC to ensre they are working in a collaborative manner with each other, in order to provide the optimm otpt. Pt in place corrective action where this is not the case.

Work closely with the Transport Team to optimise the DC activity and its interface with transport/warehose operations.
Provide a comprehensive shift hand over to the shift manager coming on shift.

Take a strong commercial focs with direct management of the targeted bdget cost for their area of responsibility, ensring the delivery of KPI's to contribte towards bsiness strategy.

Positively contribte to ensring a site cltre that demonstrates the Company vales.

Strong project management and mltitasking skills to enable management of a range of activities across different and potentially conflicting timescales.
