The roleWe are currently looking to recruit a Services Support Officer.
Within the role the successful candidate will play an important part in providing high quality, customer-focused housing and tenancy management services to Housing 21's tenants, supporting residents to live independently.
You will support the Neighbourhood Services team in managing complex issues related to tenancy sustainability and safeguarding. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that void properties are re-let in accordance with performance targets, where required undertaking local marketing initiatives to develop waiting lists, raising the local profile of Housing 21.
The successful job holder will make sure that they fully understand and fulfil their responsibilities in respect of both Health & Safety and Diversity & Inclusion and GDPR at all times.

What we're looking forThe essential requirements for the role include:
- Sound knowledge of housing legislation, safeguarding and housing management.
- Experience of housing management within a housing association or local government
- Self-sufficient use of IT
- Sound welfare benefit knowledge
