We're looking for- A Service Coordinator to work alongside our Service Manager and leader the team day to day.
- Strong social care and leadership experience
- Approachable, organised and confident leader
- Can listen carefully to the team and keep the people we support at the heart of all decisions.
What you'll do- Be a visible part of the service leadership, supporting staff and guiding good practice day to day.
- Planning the rotas
- Supporting the team to grow, improve and keep thinking about how we can do things better.
- Actively solving problems to keeping the service running smoothly
