Our team based in Stoke-on-Trent are seeking an experienced full time Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service. This role is full time and permanent, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary is £26,250 per annum. Please note we are also looking for a part time Service Administrator (at 15 hours per week), if you are interested in applying for this role you can do so on our website.

Main duties of the jobWe are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to support our busy community drug and alcohol service, supporting our Clinical team. This is a key role providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery. Youll be responsible for managing referrals, maintaining accurate records, and supporting team communications. We have many clients to support so a smooth-running administrative team is crucial to us achieving our aims each and every day. There's great variety in this role ranging from greeting clients, minuting meetings, maintaining our data quality to processing assessments and providing clinical administrative support.
