Senior ServiceNow Project Manager

Job description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the end to end planning and delivery of ServiceNow deployment and optimisation initiatives, including integration with enterprise systems and alignment to business change outcomes. The role will work closely with technical teams, service management, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery is coordinated and aligned to organisational priorities. The scope of the project includes:Leading delivery of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, EAM, FSM, and CSMManaging integration of ServiceNow with existing enterprise tooling and data sourcesCoordinating delivery across platform teams, service operations, architecture, and security stakeholdersEmbedding governance, data, and compliance controls within ServiceNow implementationAligning ServiceNow delivery with business change activities including communications, training, and adoptionEnsuring delivery plans account for service transition, operational readiness, and support modelsManaging risks and issues relating to platform delivery, adoption, and organisational changeMaintaining focus on minimising disruption while enabling transformation at paceObjectives The key objectives for the Senior Project Manager role are: Successfully deliver ServiceNow capabilities that improve service management, automation, and user experienceLead integrated delivery across technical platform implementation and business change activityEnsure alignment between ServiceNow configuration and organisational processes and policiesCoordinate multi disciplinary teams including technical specialists, service owners, and business change leadsMaintain effective stakeholder engagement including senior leadership, programme governance, and operational teamsDrive adoption of ServiceNow through structured business change, training, and communication strategiesDeliver against agreed timelines while managing dependencies, risks, and critical path activitiesSupport programme wide transformation objectives and continuous improvement initiativesProvide clear upward reporting of risks, issues, and progress to programme leadership
