College Services Team - Senior Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Newcastle Sixth Form College, College Services Team as a Senior Administrator on a 0.6 (3 days per week) Fixed Term basis until end of Summer academic term (July 2027).

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintain our college recording systems for student IDs and temporary ID's using the appropriate systems and software

• Work alongside the other members of the college services team supporting new student admissions, exams support and general office duties.

• Work alongside the site H&S personnel to record and maintain an accurate system of audits against our H&S reports.

This is a fixed term role with a start date ASAP
