We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take over an established, high-performing desk within our Mobility Division at Matchtech.

This is a rare opportunity to inherit a warm desk with an existing contractor base, recurring revenue, and relationships with some of the most recognised brands in the industry, including:

McLaren Racing
Alpine Racing
Gordon Murray Group
Racing Bulls
Ricardo
Fortescue Zero

You'll be recruiting skilled manufacturing and engineering professionals across advanced manufacturing, electrification, motorsport and performance automotive sectors, supporting cutting-edge projects shaping the future of mobility.

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process
• Build relationships with existing customers and contractors
• Develop new business across automotive and motorsport manufacturing
• Source and place specialist engineering and manufacturing talent
• Build your reputation as a market expert within the sector
