Senior Property & Development Manager

GRADE & SALARY: Grade 12 (£55,552 to £57,733)

CONTRACT: This is 37 hours a week permanent contract

LOCATION: Pembrokeshire

Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Property & Development Manager to lead the strategic management, development and optimisation of the Council's property portfolio.

You will provide leadership across asset management, corporate landlord services, estate optimisation, property strategy, asset valuation governance and development opportunities. Acting as a senior professional adviser, you will ensure the Council's property portfolio delivers value, supports regeneration and service objectives, and meets statutory and professional standards.

If you have strong strategic, commercial and leadership skills, with a proven ability to maximise asset performance, drive change and develop high-performing teams we would love to hear from you.

A driving license and access to a motor vehicle are necessary requirements for all positions.
