The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Playwright Automation Engineer to lead the quality engineering strategy for next-generation AI, Generative AI, LLM, RAG, Copilot, Multi-Agent, and Agentic AI Platforms. This role goes beyond traditional test automation and focuses on validating the reliability, accuracy, safety, performance, explainability, and guardrails of AI-powered systems.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Playwright automation, API testing, CI/CD, and Quality Engineering with practical experience validating LLMs, prompt workflows, AI agents, MCP integrations, RAG pipelines, and autonomous decision-making systems.
Your responsibilities:
- Design and develop Playwright-based test automation frameworks.
- Automate UI, API, Integration, E2E, and Regression testing.
- Validate AI/GenAI solutions for accuracy, bias, security, RAG quality, and agent workflows.
- Develop automated prompt testing and AI evaluation suites.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform performance, reliability, and observability testing.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Architects, and Product teams to drive quality engineering best practices.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Python expertise.
- Strong experience in UI, API, E2E, and test automation framework development.
- REST API testing, Postman, and API automation experience.
- DevOps tools including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, and Git.
- AI/GenAI testing experience covering LLMs, Copilots, RAG, and Agentic AI.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, prompt validation, and retrieval testing.
- Understanding of vector databases, multi-agent workflows, and AI safety testing.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Experience in BFSI or regulated enterprise environments.
