Person specification

Qulifications and training

Essential criteria

• Diploma/degree in physiotherapy
• HCPC registration

Desirable criteria

• CPD relevant to the post
• CSP membership or equivalent

Experience

Essential criteria

• Broad based experience including relevant fields
• Experience working in an acute hospital

Desirable criteria

• Respiratory On-Call Competent
• Working within an NHS acute hospital

Knowledge

Essential criteria

• Experience supervising junior staff members
• Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team

Desirable criteria

• Experience of clinical audit

Skills

Essential criteria

• Experience of using different IT platforms

Desirable criteria

• Ability to work effectively in fast paced working environments
