We're looking for a
Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our friendly and ambitious People Team, working in partnership with leaders to strengthen our culture, develop great people practices and create an inclusive environment where everyone can succeed.
You'll combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, building strong relationships, driving improvements and helping leaders navigate people challenges with confidence.
What you'll be doing - Partnering with leaders to deliver workforce planning, talent development and people initiatives that support organisational objectives
- Leading complex employee relations matters, providing expert, legally compliant advice and pragmatic solutions.
- Coaching, supporting and constructively challenging managers to strengthen people management capability and decision-making.
- Leading and developing members of the People Team, driving high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for - Significant generalist HR experience providing credible advice and support to managers.
- Strong employee relations expertise, with experience managing complex and sensitive people matters.
- The ability to influence, coach and challenge managers and leaders to improve people practices and outcomes.
- Line management experience and a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent knowledge and experience).
- Hold a valid UK driving licence (or one permitting driving in the UK) and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
