The Role and skills

Strong hands-on experience with Pega Constellation, including application design, UI configuration, and implementation using Constellation architecture.

Hands-on experience with Pega Customer Service Framework, with a solid understanding of customer service journeys, service cases, interaction portals, and CSR workflows.

Pega UX expertise, with experience in designing and delivering modern, responsive user experiences.

Strong hands-on experience with Pega DX API and integrating Pega applications with external front-end technologies.

Good knowledge and practical experience in Node.js and React.js, with the ability to build and integrate custom front-end applications using Pega DX APIs.

Minimum Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is required. Candidates with additional Pega certifications, especially in Customer Service or UI or Constellation-related implementations, will be preferred.
