Job description
We are seeking Senior Partnerships Manager to lead employer acquisition and strategic account management across a nominated portfolio.
This is a commercial leadership role where you will be responsible for achieving new business pipeline, income, recruitment and key account targets; converting market intelligence and building relationships to deliver commercial opportunities on behalf of the university.
The post sits at the centre of our Growth and Skills Levy Strategy, and you'll deputise for the Director when required.
Key responsibilities:
Developing strategies to win new regional and national business, and building a pipeline of employer partners behind our growth ambitions.
Managing a portfolio of key accounts - using data, market intelligence and CRM insight to shape account strategy, strengthen retention and grow value across the portfolio.
Driving sales and opportunity pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics, with the data discipline, forecasting accuracy and Power BI reporting to evidence delivery and act early when targets are at risk.
Leading tenders and proposals, mobilising internal stakeholders, and holding accountability for submissions that are commercially competitive, deliverable and compliant.
Scoping and mobilising new partnerships.
Convening and chairing employer engagement activity, ensuring intelligence generated shapes our provision.
Representing the University at senior and executive level across regional and national networks, and converting that presence into pipeline and influence.
