We take great pride in the exceptional relationships we foster with our children and families and are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Midday Supervisor to lead our lunchtime team in providing a safe, enjoyable and enriching experience for all children.

We are looking for someone who:
• Enjoys leading and managing a team
• Will act as a role model for other staff
• Works well in busy environments and remains calm
• Is reliable and conscientious
• Has empathy with children and communicates well with them
• Understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding
• Has the ability to promote high standards of behaviour
• Friendly with a good sense of humour
• Can foster happy, safe play for all children
