You'll join the Levi's team as a Performance Senior Manager, working with a team to launch Levi's brand marketing campaigns as well as drive their eCommerce business and Loyalty program
The client for this role is Levi's Strauss & Co and will touch all parts of their marketing from launching their brand and product campaigns, to driving eCommerce business through to growing their loyalty program. Key to this role is leading the brand planning for Programmatic and Social and managing a team of Programmatic and Social specialists. Ideally the person should also have eCommerce knowledge to ensure we can deliver integrated campaigns, but the role will primarily focus on the delivery of brand campaigns. At the heart of the Levi's team is our Performance team, housing Programmatic, Search, Affiliates and Social specialists connected into the wider client leadership and data team. Our remit covers 10 local markets across EMEA and within the OMD EMEA team we are able responsible for leading the strategy through to activation.
The OMD EMEA Performance Community is client-centric, with teams of Paid Social, Display & Programmatic, and Affiliate & Lead Gen experts working together to build cutting edge, compelling and successful strategies to grow our clients' businesses. This role offers opportunities to work alongside broader Performance media specialists within the Levi's account team to create future-focused, award-winning campaigns for our clients.
You will have a proven track record managing programmatic & social accounts. Experience working across international clients is a bonus! You will have proven experience applying programmatic & social buying to solve business challenges.
To be a personal evangelist for Programmatic and Social channels with a strong POV.
Oversee activation and optimisation of Programmatic & Social buying campaigns on a variety of platforms.
To work with the wider team to deliver integrated cross channel plans that drive the best results for the client.
Manage client expectations every day and forecast and manage workload.
Understand and work towards client KPIs and be responsible for judging when issues must be escalated.
Keep up to date with industry developments and responsible for sharing news and information with the rest of the team, as well as with clients.
You will need to have an in depth understanding of programmatic technologies and an ability to talk about them with ease.
