This is a hybrid position for 12 months on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Your future duties and responsibilities:

In this role, you'll help develop and deliver CGI's health and wellbeing programmes, supporting our people across the UK and Australia. Working alongside HR teams, business leaders and global wellbeing experts, you'll have the freedom to introduce innovative ideas, influence positive change and enhance our workplace culture.

You'll take ownership of key initiatives while benefiting from a collaborative, supportive environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
• Shape & Deliver: Develop and improve workplace health and wellbeing programmes aligned with business needs.
• Champion Wellbeing: Promote mental health, psychological safety and employee support initiatives.
• Support & Empower: Guide CGI Partners and leaders through workplace adjustments and wellbeing solutions.
• Engage & Educate: Deliver wellbeing campaigns, workshops, training and engaging communications.
• Collaborate & Influence: Partner with HR teams, business leaders and external providers to drive positive outcomes.
• Analyse & Improve: Use wellbeing data, feedback and emerging trends to measure impact and enhance programmes.
