This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of Finance, Commercial, Strategy and Growth, partnering directly with senior leadership teams to shape market strategy, drive profitability and identify opportunities for expansion. You'll take ownership of a key product category, becoming the financial lead and trusted advisor to commercial stakeholders. From market mapping and strategic planning to pricing, investment decisions and performance optimisation, you'll play a central role in determining where and how the business grows. What You'll Be DoingActing as the lead Finance Business Partner for a significant product portfolioWorking closely with Commercial, Sales and Strategy teams to drive growth initiativesLeading market mapping, competitor analysis and investment evaluationsInfluencing pricing, promotional and go-to-market strategiesSupporting key commercial negotiations and strategic business casesIdentifying opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and market shareChallenging and influencing senior stakeholders to improve decision makingDelivering insight that shapes long-term business strategyOwning performance analysis across a complex and evolving commercial landscapeWho We're Looking For You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a proven track record of operating in a highly commercial environment.
