Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Manage Kubernetes-based platforms and cloud-native services.
• Implement DevOps, GitOps, and platform engineering best practices.
• Support API platforms, API gateways, and marketplace services.
• Drive monitoring, observability, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Embed security controls and DevSecOps practices across the SDLC.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.

Essential Skills / Experience

• Strong experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, IAM, VPC, and Cloud Monitoring.
• Expert-level experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience building reusable infrastructure modules and automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, container security, and service mesh technologies.
• Experience operating and supporting production Kubernetes environments.
• CI/CD pipeline design and automation experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud governance, policy-as-code, and infrastructure security.
• Experience managing highly available, enterprise-scale production systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills / Experience

• Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Harness, and ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of GitOps, deployment strategies, release automation, and configuration management.
• Experience with Apigee, Kong, Azure API Management, or similar API Gateway platforms.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, OpenAPI, OAuth2, JWT, and API Security.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry, and Google Cloud Monitoring.
• Scripting expertise in Python, Bash, Go, or PowerShell.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and security automation.
