Your ProfileEssential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Professional experience in spanning consulting and senior roles within fashion retail organisations.
• Demonstrated track record of embedding AI and agentic decisioning into fashion retail transformations across design, buying, PLM , planning and supply chain, delivering measurable value through automation, smarter workflows and outcome led governance.
- Direct experience leading or governing large-scale transformation programmes.
- Depth in merchandising, supply chain, or omnichannel retail with hands-on exposure early in your career.
- Rich consulting or transformation experience: strategy, operating model, transformation design, delivery governance, and C-suite influencing.
- Demonstrated success in delivering tangible commercial outcomes: margin growth, OTB optimisation, stock reduction, service improvement, customer engagement, digital attachment, cost efficiencies.
