Education and Qualifications

Essential criteria

• Master's degree level qualification in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of Post registration recent professional development specific to women's health and/or healthcare leadership
• Teaching/Mentoring Qualification
• Managerial & leadership experience

Desirable criteria

• Counselling Course
• Breast Care Module
• Advanced Communication Module

Experience

Essential criteria

• Relevant clinical experience working at a senior level within Women's Health Services or Oncology for 2 years

Desirable criteria

• Developing new services/ways of working
• Experience in policy development, quality improvement, budget management and audit
