As a
Senior Administrative Supervisor, you will lead our Central Processing Unit (CPU) for Civil Parking Enforcement. You will oversee the processing of over 120,000 Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) annually for 22 local authorities across the East Midlands. This role is perfect for a confident leader who is ready to make an impact!
In this pivotal position, your responsibilities will include:- Supervising Staff: Lead a team of up to 25 staff members, ensuring efficient enforcement processes.
- Managing Budgets: Oversee financial processes in line with audit requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare performance reports and presentations for senior managers and partner authorities.
- Continuous Improvement: Support service enhancements and streamline operations.
- Technology Liaison: Act as the key contact for software systems and camera technology used in parking and traffic enforcement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:- A management or business qualification to NVQ3 or equivalent work experience.
- High-level ICT skills, including proficiency in computerised business systems and spreadsheets.
- A solid understanding of people, performance, risk, and service management principles.
