Salary: £10,770 (Grade 3)

Hours: 16 per week | 8.45am-12.45pm, Mon-Thurs

Contract: Temporary to 16 July 2027 | Term Time Only

The role:

This role provides dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with SEND, helping them access learning, develop independence, communicate effectively and participate fully in school life. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider team to deliver personalised support, including strategies and provision identified within the pupil's EHCP.

What you will support:

• Access to learning and an inclusive curriculum.
• Communication, social interaction and emotional regulation.
• Confidence, resilience and increasing independence.
• Safety, wellbeing, transitions, break/lunchtime and wider school activities.
• Personal care, feeding or manual handling where required, following appropriate training and procedures.
