Salary range: Grade 17: £68,571-£71,055 plus fantastic benefits
Contract: Fixed Term (3 years)
Hours of work: 36 hours per week
Location: Croydon

An exciting opportunity to lead the operational delivery of Experts at Hand across Croydon, supporting the borough's ambitious SEND transformation programme.
Experts at Hand will bring specialist education and health expertise closer to children, young people, schools, early years settings and colleges, strengthening intervention, mainstream inclusion and multidisciplinary support.

As Delivery Lead, you will coordinate implementation across education, health, social care and wider partners, ensuring effective deployment of specialist expertise and investment. You will lead a skilled multidisciplinary team, establish effective systems and governance, and ensure the programme delivers improved outcomes for children and young people with SEND. We are looking for an experienced operational and transformation leader with strong partnership skills and a proven track record of delivering change in complex, multi-agency environments.
