SEND Lecturer - Employability and Life Skills

Calderdale College is seeking an enthusiastic and committed SEND Lecturer to join our Employability and Life Skills Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our students. You will develop and deliver engaging, inclusive and high-quality learning programmes for full-time students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), supporting them to develop their skills, confidence and independence they need to achieve their personal goals and prepare for their next step.

Working closely with the Curriculum Area Leader, you will take responsibility for the planning, delivery and assessment of a dynamic and engaging curriculum. You will play a key role in leading programme development, maintaining high academic standards, and contributing to a positive, ambitious learning culture.

This is a fixed-term position until July 2027, with the possibility of an extension or the opportunity for the role to become permanent.
