  • Support pupils with their academic, social, emotional, and communication development through personalised learning strategies.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver individual education plans (IEPs) and support targeted interventions.
  • Promote positive behaviour using consistent and appropriate behaviour management techniques.
  • Encourage pupils' independence, confidence, and engagement in learning and daily school activities.
  • Adapt learning resources and classroom activities to meet individual needs.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and external professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.

  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Able to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
  • Calm, adaptable, and proactive in responding to the individual needs of pupils.
  • Dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported, and valued.
