At James Peacock Infant & Nursery we celebrate every child as a unique individual. Our curriculum is designed to hook children into learning, build secure foundational knowledge and develop curious, confident learners. We are looking for an accomplished School Business Manager who shares our values and will lead the school's business, operational and financial systems so leaders can focus on outstanding teaching and pupil experience.

The role

You will line-manage our administrative team, lead financial and resource management, ensure statutory compliance (including personnel and premises), and improve office systems and processes. You will work closely with the Headteacher, The SLT, Site manager, governors and external partners to deliver value for money and a calm, efficient school office.

We welcome applications from experienced school business managers or senior finance/operations professionals with proven experience in education settings.
