The Role

As an S/4 HANA Lead Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering enterprise-scale SAP transformation programmes within a major UK retail environment. We are looking for a senior SAP professional who can influence architectural direction, guide engineering teams, and translate complex business requirements into scalable and resilient SAP solutions. You will work closely with client business stakeholders, IT product managers, and engineering leaders, contributing to programme success through strong technical leadership, design excellence, and delivery assurance across S/4HANA initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead and contribute to end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution design and delivery across large transformation programmes.
• Participate in requirements analysis, scoping, documentation, and solution design workshops with senior client stakeholders.
• Drive technical architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performing SAP platforms.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP best practices, industry trends, and modern engineering approaches.
