Customise and improve Salesforce features Implement automation and workflows Creation and maintenance of Salesforce reports Support system upgrades and improvements Analyse data and provide insights Mentor junior administrators Find chances to create valuable contributions / reduce complexity through admin changes Out of hours support on a rota (Deployments & Admin tasks) Fault finding and debugging System Guide POC for operational areas Form Building via external integrated app form assembly
You will be responsible for
Certified Salesforce Administrator with shown Salesforce experience Proficiency in Salesforce administration Ability to work independently and as part of a team Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator desirable Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder desirable Experience working with agile methodologies desirable
