About the role
  • Customise and improve Salesforce features
  • Implement automation and workflows
  • Creation and maintenance of Salesforce reports
  • Support system upgrades and improvements
  • Analyse data and provide insights
  • Mentor junior administrators
  • Find chances to create valuable contributions / reduce complexity through admin changes
  • Out of hours support on a rota (Deployments & Admin tasks)
  • Fault finding and debugging
  • System Guide POC for operational areas
  • Form Building via external integrated app form assembly

  • You will be responsible for
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator with shown Salesforce experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator desirable
  • Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder desirable
  • Experience working with agile methodologies desirable
