Job description

Cheshire Constabulary has an opportunity for a part-time Victim and Witness Hub Team Leader to join our Witness Care team based at Runcorn Police Station on a 12 month temporary contract.

As a Team Leader you would be expected to supervise a team within the Victim and Witness Services Department to ensure that Cheshire Constabulary maintains effective contact with victims and witnesses of criminal cases that have entered the Criminal Justice System. You would support a team as they maintain contact with and provide a support service for victims and witnesses to improve their confidence and satisfaction level. In addition to minimise the number of trials being hampered by ineffective witnesses.
