Hors per Week: 39 hors
Shift pattern: Fll-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discss this frther at interview.
Salary: p to £31,6 Per Annm

The Role

As an Assistant StoreManager, yo'll work alongside the Store Manager to:

Recrit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.

Drive sales throgh promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.

Create a fn, engaging environment for both cstomers and colleages.

Ensre operational excellence, inclding adits, bdgets, and stock management.

What yo'll need toscceed

Previos experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years

Passion for cstomer service & sales.

Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.

A reslts-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.

Willingness to carry ot piercing services for or cstomers - with fll training provided (Optional)
