Shift pattern: Fll-time -flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends,will be discssed frther at interview.
Salary: £3,6 - £33,6 per annm

The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager Designate, yo'll travelbetween different stores in yorarea, spporting where yo're needed most. It's agreat way to meet new teams, bild yor skills, and enjoy plenty ofvariety in yor day. Yo won't be on the move forever thogh-thisrole is designed to help yo grow, with the goal of moving into a permanentstore and developing yor career.

Day to day yo'll work alongside the store managerto:

Recrit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.

Drive sales throgh promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.

Create a fn, engaging environment for both cstomers and colleages.

Ensre operational excellence, inclding adits, bdgets, and stock management.

Abot yo

Bringing fresh ideas from yor previos experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years

Passion for cstomer service & sales.

Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.

A reslts-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.

Willingness to carry ot piercing services for or cstomers - with fll training provided (Optional)

This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a fll K driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
